Token format (initialise) tools
Formatting a token erases every certificate on it. Do this only for a new or unwanted token.

- HYP2003: install and open the initialise tool, click Initialize / Format, confirm the data loss and set a new PIN.
- PROXKEY: open the WD PROXKey tool, press Ctrl+Alt+W to show Admin, choose Initialize token and confirm. The unlocked token PIN is 123456.
- mToken: extract the initialization tool, open CryptoIDAInit, enter the admin password CryptoID-A, click Initialize and re-insert the token. The unlocked PIN is 12345678.
