How it works

Get your DSC in four simple steps

A fully online process with guidance from our team at every step. No office visits or couriering of photocopies.

  1. Step 1

    Choose your certificate

Select the DSC for your use: Income Tax and GST, MCA, GeM and tenders, DGFT, or bulk signing. Tell us whether you need a USB token or already have one.

Tip: Not sure which one? Use the DSC finder on our home page, or simply message us the portal name.

  2. Step 2

    Share your documents

Send clear copies of the documents for your certificate type. For individuals that is usually PAN, Aadhaar and a photo. Organisations also share the GST certificate and an authority letter.

Tip: Make sure the name on your PAN and Aadhaar match, as mismatches are the most common cause of delay.

  3. Step 3

    Complete a short video KYC

Class 3 certificates require a live video verification. It takes a few minutes on your phone or laptop, and we guide you through it.

Tip: Keep your original PAN card handy and sit somewhere well lit with a stable internet connection.

  4. Step 4

    Receive your DSC

Once verification is approved, your certificate is issued onto the USB token and delivered to your address, ready to use on government portals.

Tip: We can help you install the token driver and test your first signature.

Questions

Before you apply

Answers to what customers ask us most often.

A DSC is the electronic equivalent of your physical signature. It is issued by a government-licensed Certifying Authority and proves your identity when you sign or file documents online, for example on the Income Tax, GST and MCA portals.

It depends on who the certificate is for and where you will use it. Most individuals need a Class 3 Individual Signing DSC. Organisations bidding on GeM or e-tenders usually need a Class 3 Organisation Combo DSC, and importers or exporters need a DGFT DSC. If you are unsure, send us a message and we will recommend the right one.

For individuals, a PAN card, Aadhaar card and a recent photo are the basics. Organisation certificates also need the GST certificate and an authority letter for the signatory. Each product page lists the exact documents.

No. You share your documents online and complete a short video KYC from your phone or laptop. You are always welcome to visit our Navsari office if you prefer to apply in person.

Class 3 certificates are stored on a secure USB crypto token so the private key cannot be copied. If you already have a compatible token, it can usually be reused for a new or renewed certificate.

Our certificates are issued with 2-year validity. Before your certificate expires, contact us and we will guide you through renewal, often onto the same USB token.

Pricing depends on the certificate type, validity and whether you need a new token. Message or call us for today's price. We will share payment details once your requirement is confirmed.
